After the order

What Happens After Delivery

When an order reaches a final status, check the target instead of relying only on the dashboard label. Compare the delivered result with the selected service, requested quantity, starting count, and final order details.

Keep the Order ID and the submitted link. You may need both if the result is partial, the count changes later, or the order requires a support review.

Completed means the processing system has finished the order. It does not remove the need to check the target, final quantity, and service conditions.

Verify the result

Use the order record and the public target together. One status label cannot show every change that may have happened on the social platform during delivery.

01

Confirm the Order ID

Make sure you are checking the same order, service, link, and quantity shown in the dashboard record.

Do not compare two different services
02

Compare the counts

Check the starting count, ordered quantity, final target count, and any remains shown for the order.

Allow for unrelated organic changes
03

Open the submitted link

Confirm that the profile, post, video, channel, track, or page is still the same public target used for the order.

Check for renames or deleted content
04

Check the balance record

For a partial or cancelled order, review the delivered quantity, remaining amount, charge, and any balance adjustment shown.

Drops, partials, and refills

The next action depends on the final order status and the terms of the selected service. Not every service includes refill coverage, and not every count change qualifies for review.

The result looks correct

The target, quantity, and final status match the order record.

  • Save the Order ID for your records.
  • Avoid placing an immediate duplicate order.
  • Continue monitoring the public target normally.

The order is partial

Part of the requested quantity was delivered before the order reached its final status.

  • Check the delivered quantity and remains.
  • Review the final charge or balance adjustment.
  • Contact support only when the record appears incorrect.

The count drops later

Check whether the selected service includes refill and whether its stated refill period is still active.

  • Keep the original link public and unchanged.
  • Record the current count and the size of the drop.
  • Send the Order ID when requesting a refill review.

Service terms decide the available remedy. A service without refill coverage cannot be treated as a refill service after delivery. Review the original service description and the Service Limitations page before opening a request.

Order record

Keep the evidence

A support request is easier to review when it connects one issue to one order. Save the information while the order details and public counts are still available.

01 Save the Order ID, service name, submitted link, quantity, charge, and final status.
02 Record the starting count and the count shown after delivery.
03 Keep a screenshot when it clearly shows the order status, public count, or balance adjustment.
04 Explain what changed and what part of the order needs to be reviewed.
