Service Policy
This Service Policy explains how social media services presented through NicePanel should be selected, submitted, tracked, and reviewed. Each service is governed by the information displayed for that specific listing at the time an order is placed through 1xPanel.
NicePanel provides service information and ordering guidance. It does not receive payments, hold account balances, process orders, change statuses, approve refills, or operate the 1xPanel service infrastructure.
Before, during, and after
Service responsibility changes as the order moves forward. Details should be checked before submission, the target should remain stable during delivery, and the final result should be reviewed against the order record.
Before submission
Select the exact service and confirm every field before the order enters processing.
- Read the complete service description.
- Confirm the accepted link or username format.
- Check minimum and maximum quantity.
- Review any refill or cancellation label.
- Check the charge before pressing Submit.
During delivery
Keep the submitted target available and avoid actions that make delivery difficult to track.
- Keep the target public and accessible.
- Do not change the submitted username or URL.
- Do not delete the target content.
- Avoid overlapping orders for the same metric.
- Use the dashboard status as the current record.
After delivery
Compare the visible result with the Order ID, quantity, starting count, remains, and final status.
- Open the original submitted target.
- Check Completed, Partial, or Cancelled status.
- Review any balance adjustment.
- Check whether refill was included.
- Keep the Order ID for support review.
Rules attached to a service
A service is not defined only by its platform name. Its identity includes the full listing, accepted target, quantity limits, price, estimated operating details, labels, notes, and any conditions displayed before submission.
Scope of this policy
NicePanel explains service use; 1xPanel operates the actual service transaction.
This policy applies to NicePanel pages that describe social media services, ordering requirements, order statuses, delivery conditions, refill concepts, cancellation limits, and related user responsibilities.
Account registration, deposits, payments, balance records, service availability, order processing, provider routing, status changes, refills, cancellations, and transactional support are handled through 1xPanel.
When information on a general NicePanel page differs from the current service listing, use the current listing and current 1xPanel terms before submitting the order.
The service listing
Each listing may contain different conditions even when it serves the same platform or metric.
Before placing an order, review the full service name, description, price, minimum, maximum, accepted link format, estimated start information, average delivery information, refill label, cancellation label, and special notes that are currently displayed.
Similar listings may use different providers or delivery routes. A cheaper service, faster service, refill service, targeted service, premium service, or no-refill service should not be treated as interchangeable with another listing.
- Do not assume that a feature shown on one service applies to another service.
- Do not rely only on a category name or social-platform name.
- Do not assume refill, cancellation, retention, speed, or targeting when it is not stated.
- Recheck the listing before every new order because service availability and details may change.
Target and link requirements
The submitted link must identify the exact public target requested by the selected service.
A profile service may require a profile URL or username, while a views, likes, reactions, comments, listeners, members, or subscribers service may require a specific post, video, message, stream, track, playlist, channel, group, or page link.
The target should remain public, accessible, active, and unchanged while the order is pending or processing. A private, deleted, renamed, restricted, expired, or inaccessible target may prevent delivery or make the result impossible to verify.
Check the target in a private browser window before ordering. Standard public-link services should not require your social media password, verification code, recovery code, or active session.
Quantity and overlapping orders
The amount must fit the service limits and remain measurable against the submitted target.
Enter a quantity within the minimum and maximum displayed for the selected service. Quantities outside the supported range may be rejected, cancelled, or fail to process correctly.
Do not place multiple active orders for the same target and the same metric unless the service instructions specifically support that use. Overlapping orders can make start counts, delivery, remains, drops, refill eligibility, and support review difficult to separate.
Wait for the first order to reach a final status before placing a replacement or additional order for the same target and metric.
Start time and delivery pace
Timing information describes expected service behavior, not a universal deadline.
Start time and delivery speed may differ by service, supplier, quantity, target condition, queue size, platform availability, and technical conditions.
Estimated start or average speed information does not guarantee that every order will begin or finish at an exact time. Some orders may move gradually, pause, resume, become partial, or take longer when the service route or social platform changes.
Before reporting a delay, check the selected service description, current status, target accessibility, and whether another active order may be affecting the count.
Order statuses
The dashboard status is the operating record of where the order currently sits.
Refill conditions
Refill applies only when it is included in the selected service and the request meets its conditions.
A refill may replace eligible quantity that drops after delivery. It is not included with every service and should not be interpreted as a permanent or unlimited guarantee.
Eligibility may depend on the service label, refill period, original target, starting count, current count, size of the drop, platform data, target visibility, overlapping orders, and other conditions connected to the listing.
- The original target should remain public and unchanged.
- The request should remain within the stated refill period.
- The selected service must include refill coverage.
- The Order ID and any requested evidence should be provided.
- A Refill button submits a request; it does not guarantee an immediate or approved refill.
Review the original service description before opening a refill request. A no-refill service cannot be converted into a refill service after delivery.
Results and platform control
Service delivery and broader social-media performance are separate outcomes.
A completed service does not guarantee organic reach, search ranking, recommendations, comments, watch time, audience interest, conversions, sales, revenue, monetization, account safety, or permanent public counts.
Social platforms control their own algorithms, moderation, account restrictions, content visibility, count corrections, eligibility systems, and enforcement decisions. NicePanel and 1xPanel cannot reverse or control those platform-side actions.
User responsibility
- Selecting the correct service.
- Providing the correct public target.
- Choosing a suitable quantity.
- Reviewing platform rules and account condition.
- Keeping order details for later review.
Order record
- Selected service and Service ID.
- Submitted link and quantity.
- Start count and current status.
- Delivered amount and remains.
- Final charge and balance transaction.
Service availability and changes
Listings may be updated, paused, replaced, repriced, or removed as provider and platform conditions change.
Service names, descriptions, Service IDs, providers, prices, minimums, maximums, estimated timing, refill terms, and availability may change over time.
A service used previously may not remain available under the same name, price, route, speed, or conditions. Review the current listing rather than relying on an earlier screenshot, saved ID, old article, previous order, or memory.
When a service route becomes unavailable or cannot complete the requested quantity, the order may remain delayed, become Partial, or be Cancelled according to the final system result.
Service and order support
Order-specific reviews must use the platform that holds the service and transaction record.
Contact 1xPanel for questions about a live service listing, account balance, payment, Order ID, delivery status, Partial order, Cancelled order, refill request, cancellation request, or another transaction-specific issue.
A useful support request should identify one order and explain one clear issue. Include the Order ID, service name, submitted link, quantity, current status, and a brief description of what needs review.
NicePanel may clarify its own published information, policies, broken links, or website content, but it cannot manually alter a 1xPanel order or account record.
Use the listing, not assumptions
Select a service only after its current description answers the questions that matter to your order. Do not submit when the accepted target, quantity, timing, refill condition, or another required detail is unclear.
