No Password Required
Standard social media service orders use a public profile, post, video, channel, track, or page link. You should not need to give NicePanel, 1xPanel, or support access to your social media account.
Your social media password, verification code, recovery details, and active login session should remain private throughout the order.
Keep these private
An order needs enough information to identify the public target. It does not need the credentials that let someone sign in, change settings, read private messages, or take control of your account.
Safe order details
Information used to identify and process the order
- Public profile, post, video, channel, group, track, playlist, or page link requested by the service.
- Public username when the selected service specifically asks for a username instead of a full link.
- Service selection, quantity, Order ID, order status, and starting count.
- A screenshot of public counts or order status when it helps support review a delivery issue.
Never send these
Information that can expose or transfer account access
- Social media password or the password used to sign in to the account.
- One-time login code, SMS verification code, authenticator code, or login approval request.
- Recovery code, backup code, recovery email access, or password reset link.
- Browser cookie, active session, account token, private API key, or remote access to your device.
Your 1xPanel login is different. You create a password to protect your customer dashboard. Use a unique password for that account and do not copy your social media password into the signup form.
Use the right link
The required target changes with the service. A profile service normally needs a profile link, while a views or likes service may need the exact post, video, track, or stream URL.
Telegram
Channel, group, message, bot, or invite link specified by the selected service.
Telegram guide →YouTube
Channel, video, Short, livestream, or playlist URL requested by the service.
YouTube guide →TikTok
Public profile or exact video link, depending on the metric being ordered.
TikTok guide →Spotify
Artist, track, album, playlist, or podcast link named in the service description.
Spotify guide →Twitch
Channel or active stream link. Live services may require the stream to remain online.
Twitch guide →Public page, profile, post, video, Reel, group, or event link listed for the service.
Facebook guide →Match the service
Do not use a profile link when the service asks for a specific post, video, message, track, or playlist.
Keep it public
The target must remain accessible to the delivery system for as long as the order is active.
Do not change it
Renaming a username, deleting content, or replacing the submitted link can interrupt processing and tracking.
Check, then submit
Read the service description before ordering. The correct link, visibility setting, quantity, and service choice matter more than giving anyone access to the account.
