NicePanel provides public information about social media services, order concepts, platform considerations, service limitations, policies, terminology, and related subjects.

NicePanel does not currently operate the account dashboard used to add funds, make payments, submit service orders, manage balances, track transactions, or open order tickets. Those actions take place separately through 1xPanel.

You may use NicePanel only when doing so is lawful in your location and you have the legal capacity required to accept these Terms.

If local law requires consent from a parent, guardian, employer, organization, or another responsible party, you must obtain that consent before using the website or acting on information found here.

NicePanel may link to 1xPanel, social networks, documentation, research sources, service providers, and other third-party websites. External links are provided for navigation or reference and do not transfer control of those websites to NicePanel.

NicePanel does not control and is not responsible for an external website’s content, availability, security, pricing, transactions, products, services, policies, or data processing.

Before registering, paying, placing an order, providing personal information, downloading software, or relying on a third-party service, review the destination website’s own terms and privacy information.

Unless otherwise stated, the NicePanel website design, original text, graphics, layouts, branding, visual components, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use public content for ordinary personal reference. You may also link to public NicePanel pages, provided the link is lawful, accurate, and does not falsely imply an endorsement or partnership.

You may not reproduce, sell, sublicense, republish, frame, translate, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit a substantial part of NicePanel content without permission, except where applicable law expressly allows it.

NicePanel does not guarantee social media growth, ranking, visibility, engagement, audience quality, revenue, sales, conversions, account safety, monetization, service availability, delivery time, retention, or permanence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NicePanel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or connected with use of the website.

This includes, without limitation, loss of data, revenue, profits, business opportunity, reputation, account access, audience, content visibility, platform eligibility, or expected results.

NicePanel is not responsible for losses arising from:

• Reliance on incomplete, outdated, misunderstood, or third-party information.
• Actions, restrictions, removals, algorithm changes, or decisions made by a social media platform.
• Accounts, payments, balances, orders, tickets, services, or transactions handled by an external website.
• Malware, phishing, impersonation, unauthorized access, or security events originating outside NicePanel’s reasonable control.
• Website interruption, unavailable links, data loss, technical failure, or events beyond reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from:

• Your material breach of these Terms.
• Your unlawful or unauthorized use of NicePanel.
• Your violation of another person’s rights, privacy, intellectual property, contract, or applicable law.
• Information, content, links, representations, or instructions you submit through the website.

NicePanel may block, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to all or part of the website when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, technical protection, enforcement of these Terms, or protection of other users and third parties.

Restricting access to NicePanel does not control or terminate an account that you may separately hold on 1xPanel or another third-party website.

NicePanel may update these Terms to reflect changes in website functions, business relationships, legal requirements, security practices, content scope, or third-party services.

The “Last updated” date at the top of the page identifies the current published version. Continued use of NicePanel after a revised version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, where permitted by law.

Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

No waiver

Failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce that provision or another provision later.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policy expressly incorporated by reference, form the agreement governing use of NicePanel.

Applicable law

These Terms are subject to applicable law. Nothing in them removes mandatory consumer, privacy, or other legal protections that apply to you and cannot lawfully be excluded.
